Several states have had different shapes over the years, and some states’ shapes have changed quite dramatically!
When considering the history of the United States, I realized many people do not know how the states were formed or how they used to look. I recently discovered the former shapes of the states, and some were quite different from the way they look today.
We will be exploring the previous shapes of several states, from 1776 to the modern day. I will link each state’s post in the list below as they come out.

Very interesting Josh, so very true, although I do believe there r more changes to come. Dont know if I will be here or not, but our world is ever changing, we are documenting changes every day. To some, it’s the end of days, to some, it’s just nature. Others still believe man has done more damage to our world., changing nature. I tend to believe the latter. U and I, no matter, exist in the world we know today. I am very grateful to be enjoying it!! Great Job Josh!!!
